About the Role:
As a Warehouse Executive, your primary goal is to ensure the smooth functioning of warehouse operations while prioritizing customer satisfaction. You will be responsible for overseeing daily activities, managing custom orders processes, and maintaining inventory control. Additionally, you will play a crucial role in optimizing workflow efficiency, enhancing productivity, and ensuring compliance with safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Supervise day-to-day warehouse operations, including quality assurance, inventory management, space utilization, logistics, and shipping.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance workflow efficiency, ensuring productivity, quality, and customer service standards are met.
- Schedule and coordinate the warehouse team to meet fulfillment demands, minimizing overtime and optimizing resource allocation.
- Conduct regular meetings with warehouse staff to assess performance, identify areas for improvement, and devise actionable plans.
- Coordinate logistics operations to ensure timely delivery of products, collaborating with drivers and air partners as needed.
- Maintain a safe work environment by enforcing standards, procedures, and regulatory requirements.
- Manage the process for custom orders, overseeing logistics, data tracking, and adherence to service level agreements (SLAs).
- Utilize comprehensive knowledge of e-commerce operations to drive warehouse performance improvements.
- 1-2 years of experience in warehouse management, including supervising hourly employees.
- Proficient understanding of warehouse procedures and policies.
- Advanced skills in MS Excel for data analysis and management.
- Strong problem-solving abilities and effective leadership qualities.
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to interact across all levels of the organization.
- Comfortable providing regular written and verbal feedback.
- This role demands a proactive and detail-oriented individual capable of driving operational excellence in a dynamic warehouse environment.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
