**Position Overview**: We are seeking a meticulous and proactive Inventory Executive to join our dynamic team. The Inventory Executive will play a crucial role in managing our inventory operations, ensuring optimal stock levels, and maintaining efficient warehouse management practices. This position is pivotal in supporting our commitment to delivering superior products and service to our customers.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- **Inventory Management**:

- Monitor inventory levels to ensure adequate stock availability for fulfilling customer orders.
- Implement inventory control measures to minimize stockouts and overstock situations.
- Conduct regular stock audits and cycle counts to maintain inventory accuracy.
- **Order Processing and Replenishment**:

- Coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely replenishment of stock based on sales forecasts and inventory levels.
- Place purchase orders and track delivery schedules to meet inventory replenishment targets.
- Monitor order processing to ensure timely fulfillment and shipment of customer orders.
- **Warehouse Management**:

- Organize and optimize warehouse space to maximize storage efficiency and accessibility.
- Implement inventory storage methods such as bin locations and FIFO (First In, First Out).
- Ensure proper labeling, tagging, and handling of inventory items to maintain product quality.
- **Inventory Reporting and Analysis**:

- Generate regular reports on inventory levels, stock movements, and aging inventory.
- Analyze data to identify trends, discrepancies, and opportunities for process improvement.
- Collaborate with the finance team to reconcile inventory records and resolve discrepancies.
- **Cross-functional Collaboration**:

- Work closely with the logistics, operations, and customer service teams to coordinate inventory-related activities.
- Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders regarding inventory status, issues, and resolutions.
- Address inquiries and provide timely responses to internal and external queries related to inventory management.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Fresher

Pay: ₹10,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
