**Position Title: Inventory Executive**
**Location: Goregaon, Mumbai.**
**Shift: Morning, 10am to 6.30 pm**

**Responsibilities**:

- **Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records using appropriate software.**
- **Monitor and analyze inventory levels to optimize stock levels and reduce excess or obsolete inventory.**
- **Coordinate with procurement and logistics teams to ensure timely and accurate replenishment of stock.**
- **Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies and implement corrective measures.**
- **Collaborate with sales and production teams to forecast inventory requirements and prevent stockouts.**
- **Implement and enforce inventory control procedures to minimize shrinkage and loss.**
- **Generate reports on inventory performance, including stock turnover, aging analysis, and consumption trends.**
- **Work closely with vendors to ensure timely deliveries and resolve any supply chain issues.**
- **Implement best practices in warehouse organization and layout to facilitate efficient stock handling.**
- **Collaborate with the finance department to reconcile inventory discrepancies and ensure accurate financial reporting.**
- **Involve packing and supervising**

**Requirements**:

- **Bachelor's degree**
- **Proven experience as an Inventory Executive or similar role.**
- **Proficient in inventory management software ,Microsoft Office suite and advance execl.**
- **Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in record-keeping.**

**Salary**: ₹9,570.20 - ₹18,000.00 per month
