Role overview:
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven manager - business development to lead our client acquisition efforts, particularly via platforms like upwork, freelance, etc. the ideal candidate will have a hybrid skill set spanning digital marketing, full stack development, ui/ux, and front-end development—combined with a strong ability to generate and convert leads.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead generation and client acquisition through upwork and other platforms
- Develop and implement digital marketing strategies to increase brand visibility and attract clients
- Respond to proposals and craft compelling bids and pitches
- Meet or exceed a minimum monthly sales target of $5,000 usd
- Coordinate with internal teams (design, development, marketing) to ensure successful project delivery identify new business opportunities and expand the client base
- Build and maintain strong client relationships for long-term collaboration
Key Qualifications:
- 5+ years of relevant experience.
- Proven experience in business development, especially on freelance platforms like upwork, guru, freelance, etc.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing, full stack development, full stack development, and front-end skills.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
