Role & responsibilities

Act as the central coordination point between sales channels PAN India, supple chain team and warehouse operations team.

  • Consider stock requests from all sales channels received on daily basis to arrange and move stocks either store to store or warehouse to store or warehouse to warehouse or vendor to warehouse.
  • Vendor coordination for inward & outward scheduling of purchase orders or debit notes raised for the day / week / month.
  • Liaise with the warehouse & store teams to ensure timely picking, packing, dispatch & delivery of stocks from warehouse to warehouse or warehouse to store.
  • Maintain accurate records of dispatches, receipts, and stock movements.
  • Proficiency in professional email management and handling to ensure timely and accurate communication with multiple stakeholders.
  • Understand customer demand trends basis stock requests and suggest changes in the channel product assortment.

Preferred candidate profile

You should have at least 1-2 years of experience in warehouse coordination or operations role in supply chain or retail operations

Bachelors degree in business administration (Supply Chain Management, Logistics, or any relevant field)

Preferred: Diploma/Certification in Operations Management or Inventory Management

Proficiency in MS Excel
