Position - Senior Presales Manager Experience yrLocation - BangaloreWoking Mode - HybridSkill Set - Presales, IT sales, RFI, RFP, Building Proposal, Cost Optimization, Presentation Skills, Product Demonstration, Digital Banking Mandatory Skills: - Minimum 4 years of experience in the Banking and Financial Services Industry - Excellent Communication - Product Demonstration and Presentation Skills - Responding to RFI and RFP - Building Proposal and Effort Estimation - Documentation of Product - Prospect Profiling, Market Research and Competition Analysis - Travel Readiness Preferred Skills: - Technical Knowledge - Banking Business - UI, UX, CX - Experience in ISMS process and documentation Job Description – Pre -Sales ManagerDevelop and implement pre -sales strategies, targeting the right markets and supporting overall business goals.Conduct effective product demonstrations and assist in sales presentations to showcase product features and value.Maintain strong technical expertise by staying updated on industry trends and technology developments.Build and manage customer relationships, providing technical support throughout the sales cycle.Collaborate with cross -functional teams (product, marketing, customer support) to ensure smooth delivery and alignment.Create and maintain sales tools such as demos, case studies, and whitepapers.Provide insights for product improvements based on customer and sales team feedback.Train sales teams on product capabilities and technical knowledge.Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive positioning.Prepare and manage proposals, RFIs, and RFP responses.Drive continuous improvement and innovation in pre -sales processes.Maintain strong relationships with technology and regional business partners to support sales efforts.Work closely with marketing to ensure aligned messaging and presales materials.
