About the Posting:

We MediaVibe, a digital marketing agency, are posting this on behalf of our client, Hills and Tree Resort (wayanad), to help them hire a Guest Relations Executive. Hills and Tree Resort is a premium resort in Wayanad, offering guests a tranquil and luxurious escape surrounded by nature.

Role Overview:

Hills and Tree Resort is looking for a friendly, professional, and enthusiastic Guest Relations Executive to be the first point of contact for their guests. The role focuses on providing exceptional hospitality, ensuring smooth check-ins/check-outs, and creating memorable experiences that encourage repeat visits and positive reviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Welcome and assist guests during check-in and check-out.
  • Handle guest inquiries, requests, and complaints promptly and professionally.
  • Coordinate with housekeeping, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
  • Maintain accurate guest records and documentation.
  • Promote resort services, amenities, and activities to enhance guest experience.
  • Represent the resort's brand and hospitality standards in all interactions.

Requirements

  • Must be willing to work in Manathavady , Wayanad
  • Fresher / Experience in hospitality, front office, or guest relations preferred.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to handle challenging situations calmly and professionally.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
  • Friendly, approachable, and service-oriented personality.
  • Proficiency in English ; additional languages are a plus.
