Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily dining operations and ensure smooth service flow in the restaurant, room service, or banquet areas.
  • Brief and allocate duties to service staff and monitor performance during shifts.
  • Greet guests, take feedback, and handle any service-related issues efficiently.
  • Ensure the setup of the dining area as per standards (table settings, cleanliness, ambience).
  • Train and mentor service staff on SOPs, upselling techniques, and guest service etiquette.
  • Coordinate with the kitchen and bar to ensure timely and accurate order delivery.
  • Take and manage reservations, seating arrangements, and guest flow during peak hours.
  • Monitor inventory of service equipment and supplies; coordinate with the store team for requisitions.
  • Ensure compliance with hygiene, safety, and quality standards (e.g., FSSAI, HACCP).
  • Assist in billing and POS operations and handle cash/card payments if required.
  • Support event and banquet setups and lead service execution for group bookings.
  • Maintain daily reports and assist in team performance evaluations.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹18, ₹20,000.00 per month
