Key responsibilities:

• Website & Domain Security

• Maintain complete inventory of corporate websites managed by partners, including timely renewal and compliance tracking.

• Govern domain registrations under DMARC, conducting monthly health reviews with partners.

• Manage DNS publishing in O365 domain, MX migration, and update DNS records with dependency mapping.

• Endpoint & Server Security Compliance

• Ensure compliance of Endpoint Detection & Response (EDR) across endpoints and servers.

• Manage Deep Security compliance on servers and drive remediation where needed.

• SSL Certificate & Application Security

• Oversee renewals of SSL certificates across all intranet and business applications.

• Maintain centralized inventory of SSL certificates and proactively alert application owners ahead of expiries.

• Manage configuration, tuning, and lifecycle of Web Application Firewall (WAF).

• Network & Firewall Security

• Oversee firewall operations, including policy governance, configuration review, rule optimization, and firmware management.

• Ensure high availability, security posture maintenance, and compliance of firewalls across all environments.

• Support segmentation initiatives and coordinate firewall changes with internal teams.

• Network Access Control (NAC)

• Lead rollout and subsequent management of NAC solutions.

• Drive operational governance, incident handling, and compliance reporting.

• Governance & Reporting

• Establish monitoring, reporting, and compliance mechanisms across all managed portfolios.

• Provide dashboards and insights to management on SSL, domains, firewall posture, NAC, and EDR compliance.
• Engage with vendors and partners for regular operational reviews.

Job Requirements

Educational Qualification

Skills

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related

Strong hands-on and governance knowledge in firewalls (NGFW – Checkpoint, Palo Alto, Fortinet, Cisco, or equivalent).

Proven experience with EDR, Deep Security, SSL management, DNS/Domains, WAF, and NAC solutions.

Familiarity with security frameworks (ISO 27001, NIST, CIS Controls).

Experience managing O365 domain security.

Experience

8–12 years of IT security operations experience, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role.
