Role Description

The Business Development Manager will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying and pursuing new opportunities, engaging with high-value clients, scheduling and conducting consultations, and successfully closing projects. The role requires exceptional communication, negotiation, and client relationship management skills, with a strong focus on delivering a seamless and premium customer experience that aligns with Urban Nest's brand values.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred).
  • 1-3 years of proven experience in business development or sales, ideally within the real estate, interiors, or luxury lifestyle industry.
  • Strong track record of meeting and exceeding revenue targets.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to understand premium clientele expectations and deliver a consultative sales experience.
  • Highly motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently as well as collaboratively.
