What you will do:Act as the main point of contact for clients –build trust, manage feedback, and align on deliverables.Lead social media strategy and campaign planningwith a creative and analytical mindsetCollaborate with designers, copywriters, andmedia planners to ideate and execute engaging contentCoordinate internal team workflows to ensuretimely delivery of content calendars, campaigns, and reportsMonitor social media trends, competitoractivity, and performance insights to optimize future campaignsPrepare and present monthly reports on campaignperformance, growth, and recommendationsOwn the overall health of the account – fromengagement rates to client happinessResponsible for cross selling on respectiveclient accounts.
