We are looking for a strategic professional with a strong relationship-driven profile and proven experience managing accounts within the Amazon ecosystem (FBA, FBM, DSP, Seller Central, Vendor Central). This position is ideal for professionals working as Brand Managers, Account Managers, or Client Success Managers, who can connect data, performance, and relationships to ensure consistent results for clients. Responsibilities - Serve as the main point of contact for clients, ensuring clear, proactive, and results-oriented communication; - Manage account and campaign performance, monitoring sales KPIs, ROAS, ACOS, and profitability; - Translate business strategies into actionable plans by coordinating internal media, content, design, and operations teams; - Lead performance review meetings and present strategic insights based on data; - Identify growth opportunities within accounts (upsell, portfolio expansion, and listing optimization); - Ensure flawless project execution, meeting established deadlines and goals; - Maintain continuous alignment with internal teams and international stakeholders. Requirements - Previous experience managing accounts in e-commerce, marketplaces, or Amazon; - Solid knowledge of Seller Central and/or Vendor Central; - Advanced English (verbal and written communication with international clients); - Excellent organizational, prioritization, and multitasking skills; - Analytical, proactive, and collaborative profile. Nice to Have - Experience in agencies focused on Amazon, e-commerce, or digital performance; - Knowledge of Amazon Ads (DSP, PPC), listing SEO, and data analysis; - Experience working in a fully remote and multicultural environment.
