Job Description Job Title : Tr Customer Support Officer - BPO Work Location :Mphasis Limited, EON free zone, Cluster C, Wing 2, Kharadi, Pune-411014 (Work from office) Shift time : M-F (6.30 PM to 3.30 am and 7.30 pm to 4.30 am shift must be flexible for both shift ) Two ways cabs available uptill 40 kms (Complete Night shifts only) Responsibilities Mphasis is a leading IT solutions provider, offering Applications, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO) and Infrastructure services globally through a combination of technology knowhow, domain and process expertise. Candidate should clear the V&A and online typing tests Technical Skills: Operating the computer- Intermediate MS Office - Intermediate Avaya/Phone Operating skills Beginner Fluent in Spoken and written English with effective Business Communication Communication in neutral accent over phone Active listening and probing skills Basic knowledge of Insurance Graduate freshers with excellent communication skills Analytical skills
