About the Role: Service Now CSM Developer Duration: 6 months Location: Remote Shift Timings: In EST - 9am to 6pm / In IST - 6.30pm to 3.30pm Notice Period: (Immediate Joiner - Only) Experience: 5- 8 Years Position - 1 BGV MANDATORY Education certification, Employment details, Address proof. Need Excellent Communication About the Role We are seeking a highly skilled ServiceNow CSM Developer with strong QA experience to join our team on a contract basis. The ideal candidate will have hands-on expertise in implementing and customizing ServiceNow Customer Service Management (CSM) modules, along with solid experience in quality assurance and testing processes. Key Responsibilities Design, develop, and implement solutions on the ServiceNow CSM platform. Configure, customize, and enhance ServiceNow applications to meet business needs. Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions. Perform QA activities including test planning, test case development, regression testing, and defect management. Conduct unit testing, integration testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT) support. Ensure best practices, coding standards, and performance optimization across ServiceNow solutions. Troubleshoot issues, provide root cause analysis, and support ongoing enhancements. Create technical documentation, release notes, and test scripts. Required Skills & Experience 5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer with a focus on Customer Service Management (CSM). Proven experience in ServiceNow development (JavaScript, Glide APIs, workflows, integrations). Strong background in QA/testing methodologies within ServiceNow projects. Hands-on experience with automated testing tools for ServiceNow (e.g., ATF). Experience in REST/SOAP integrations and third-party tool integrations. Solid understanding of ITSM/CSM processes and best practices. Excellent problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills. Nice-to-Have Skills ServiceNow certifications (CSA, CIS–CSM, CAD, or similar). Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodologies. Exposure to other ServiceNow modules (ITSM, ITOM, etc.). NOTE - There will be an AI tool that the selected candidates would need to install in the system, that would monitor all the working 8 hrs , An avatar of the candidate will be created, so essentially whatever the candidate will do during the working hours the avatar will copy it Absolutely no moonlighting to be entertained at all
