Job Summary:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive
Payroll Specialist
to support our USA payroll operations. The ideal candidate should have 2–3 years of experience in payroll processing (experience in any country's payroll will be considered) along with
strong Excel skills
, which are mandatory for this role.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in processing payroll for USA employees, ensuring accuracy and compliance with regulations.
  • Maintain employee payroll records and update changes related to salary, deductions, and benefits.
  • Prepare and validate payroll reports using Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Formulas, Data Validation, etc.).
  • Collaborate with HR and Finance teams to resolve payroll discrepancies.
  • Ensure timely processing of payroll-related queries from employees.
  • Support audits and reporting requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, HR, or a related field.
  • 2–3 years of payroll experience (experience in any country payroll process acceptable; USA payroll training will be provided).
  • Mandatory advanced Excel skills (formulas, pivots, lookups, conditional formatting, error handling).
  • Good understanding of payroll best practices and compliance.
  • Strong attention to detail, problem-solving ability, and communication skills.
