Roles and Responsibilities

  • Manage payroll processing for UK / US / European markets.
  • Provide support to employees on payroll-related queries and issues.
  • Coordinate with internal stakeholders to gather necessary data and information for payroll processing.
  • Ensure compliance with local regulations and legislation regarding taxes, social security contributions, and other statutory requirements.

Desired Candidate Profile

  • 4-9 years of experience in global payroll management or a related field of any global payroll process.

  • Need to interact with global stake holders and employees for clarification if required spread in global markets.

  • Experience working with international payroll processes, including Europe market knowledge.
  • Strong knowledge of UK Payroll (Auto Enrolment), US Payroll (Federal & State Tax), USA Payroll (IRS Forms), Usa Payroll Processing (W2/1099).
  • Need to work in US / UK Shifts from our Hyderabad Office.
