The Communications Manager will lead integrated communication and marketing strategies in India to elevate RSM's brand, strengthen talent experience and drive impactful storytelling across internal and external channels. This role also oversees the Communication Acceleration Center (CAC), building a high-performing team, streamlining delivery and ensuring scalable, high-quality execution. The ideal candidate combines strategic communications and marketing expertise with strong leadership and operational excellence to deliver measurable results aligned with global priorities.

India communication and marketing
- 50%

  • Lead integrated communication and marketing strategies for internal and external audiences, strengthening the talent experience and RSM's employer brand in India, aligned with firm priorities and brand voice.
  • Inspire, inform and engage our people while reinforcing RSM's strategy, culture and leadership visibility.
  • Build corporate reputation through powerful brand storytelling, recruitment marketing and PR.
  • Drive localized plans and content across channels, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
  • Use data-driven insights to optimize messaging, channel performance and campaign effectiveness.

Communication acceleration center (CAC)

  • Oversee India-based CAC operations, ensuring seamless alignment, delivery excellence and measurable impact.
  • Lead hiring, onboarding, resourcing and development for a high-performing communication team.
  • Manage workflows, timelines and quality standards; introduce process improvements for scalability.
  • Apply analytics and feedback to refine strategies, elevate quality and boost efficiency.
  • Foster a high-performance, collaborative culture rooted in feedback, mentorship and global best practices.
Continuous improvement

  • Use metrics and assessments to enhance practices, productivity and results.
  • Leverage technology/AI and insights to strengthen processes and outcomes.

EDUCATION/CERTIFICATIONS
(REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)

  • Bachelor's degree in communications, marketing or a related field. Master's degree preferred.

*EXPERIENCE
(MUST NOTE REQUIRED OR PREFERRED)
Requires:*

  • 8-10+ years of progressive experience in communications or marketing roles.
  • Demonstrated success in developing and executing integrated communications/marketing strategies for a global or matrixed organization.
  • Prior experience managing and scaling high-performing teams, with operations oversight.
  • Strong expertise in brand positioning, storytelling, and engagement strategies.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence at all levels.
  • Proficiency in AI tools, digital communication platforms, and reporting/dashboard tools.
  • Data-driven approach with experience using metrics and insights to improve communication impact.
