Hiring: Workday Security Analyst | 6 to 10 Years | Pan India

We are looking for an experienced Workday Security Analyst to join one of our premium clients. The ideal candidate will design, implement, and maintain security configurations across Workday modules ensuring data protection, compliance, and efficient access management.

Location: Pan India

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Configure and maintain Workday security roles, domains, and permissions.
  • Partner with HR, Payroll, and Finance teams to define access and security needs.
  • Conduct regular security audits and compliance reviews to mitigate risk.
  • Manage user access requests, troubleshoot issues, and ensure proper resolution.
  • Support Workday release testing and validation of security updates.
  • Document security frameworks, policies, and governance processes.
  • Support integration security (authentication, web services, APIs).
  • Enforce Segregation of Duties (SoD) and data privacy controls.
  • Provide training and best practice guidance to stakeholders.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 2–5 years of Workday Security Administration experience.
  • Deep understanding of Workday's security model (domains, roles, business processes).
  • Exposure to HCM, Payroll, Compensation, or Finance modules.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and documentation skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and ability to handle multiple priorities.
