About The Team Workday's Accounts Receivable is a diverse group of customer service focused people, with an invaluable mix of experience and backgrounds. About The Role We are seeking a highly skilled Sr CreditAnalyst who wants to make their mark on a growing organization. The ideal candidate is a self-starter, a great communicator, and enjoys collaborating with people with a diverse set of talents, in a dynamic fast-paced environment. Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to: - Make appropriate decisions / recommendations on credit risk, financial exposure, and setting credit limits - Work closely with the AR Team to support on demand credit risk assessments and bad debt reviews. - Leverage data and analytics to understand credit risks and shape proactive strategies to support Workday's corporate strategies - Credit & Financial Analysis of key Workday Customers / Suppliers - Extract, analyze and report on key metrics and create ad-hoc reporting - Operational improvement & documentation About You Basic Qualifications - 7+ years of experience in a combination of accounts receivable, commercial (B2B) credit, accounting, finance or international business - Accounting / Finance degree Our Approach to Flexible Work With Flex Work, we're combining the best of both worlds: in-person time and remote.
