Hiring: Workday Reporting Analyst | 6 to 10 Years | Pan India

We are looking for an experienced Workday Reporting Analyst to join one of our premium clients. The role involves designing, building, and maintaining Workday reports and dashboards to support key HR functions like Core HCM, Payroll, and Benefits.

Location: PAN India

Experience: 6 to 10 Years

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, test, and deploy Workday reports (Advanced, Matrix, Composite).
  • Develop dashboards, scorecards, and worklets for HR, Payroll, and Finance teams.
  • Translate business requirements into effective reporting solutions.
  • Create calculated fields and manage data sources for custom reporting.
  • Ensure data accuracy, integrity, and compliance with policies.
  • Partner with stakeholders to deliver ad hoc and scheduled reports.
  • Support data extracts (EIBs) and integrations with downstream systems.

Required Skills & Experience:

  • 25 years of hands-on experience with Workday Reporting and Report Writer.
  • Expertise in calculated fields, custom reports, and Workday data model.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
  • Experience across Core HCM, Payroll, and Compensation modules preferred.
