Job Summary
We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to provide comprehensive administrative and operational support to the leadership team. The EA will serve as the point of contact, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations, managing schedules, and enabling the executive(s) to focus on strategic priorities.
Key Responsibilities
Administrative Support
- Manage complex calendars, schedule meetings, and coordinate travel arrangements.
- Prepare presentations, reports, and correspondence.
- Handle confidential information with discretion.
Operational Support
- Act as a liaison between executives and internal/external stakeholders.
- Assist in project management, follow up on action items, and track deliverables.
- Draft meeting agendas, record minutes, and circulate MOMs (Minutes of Meetings).
Communication & Coordination
- Screen and respond to emails, phone calls, and requests.
- Support in preparing communication material for internal and external use.
- Maintain professional relationships with clients, vendors, and partners.
Personal Assistance (if required)
- Oversee personal appointments, errands, or travel arrangements.
- Manage household/vendor coordination (if applicable).
Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree preferred.
- 1 years of experience as an Executive Assistant or in a similar role.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- High proficiency in MS Office / Google Workspace.
- Ability to work independently, handle pressure, and maintain confidentiality.
- Strong interpersonal skills and a proactive attitude.
