Job Title: Sales Engineer
Locations: Mumbai
Salary: ₹2.5 LPA – ₹9 LPA + Incentives
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Generation & Sales
- Generate leads through calls, networking, and market research
- Build and convert a strong customer pipeline
- Present and sell industrial automation products (CIJ, TIJ, TTO, Laser Printers, sensors, encoders, conveyors)
Customer Engagement
- Understand customer needs and suggest solutions
- Negotiate prices and contracts
- Provide demos and basic technical support
Documentation & Follow-ups
- Prepare quotations, proposals, and maintain records
- Follow up for orders and payments
Customer Relationship
- Maintain relations with new and existing clients
- Coordinate internally for order execution and support
Reporting
- Submit reports on sales plans, pipeline, orders, and payments
Team Coordination
- Work towards sales targets with the team
Requirements:
- Education: Graduate / Postgraduate
- Experience: 2–8 years in industrial field sales (automation/packaging preferred)
- Skills: English fluency, communication, negotiation, MS Office/CRM, problem-solving
- Other: Own two-wheeler & valid license, willingness to travel
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹20, ₹80,000.00 per month
