Job Description : The Sr. Manager - Supply Operations is responsible for overseeing and optimizing the supply chain and operational processes to ensure efficiency, cost-effectiveness, and quality. This role involves managing supplier relationships, ensuring seamless inventory management, and driving process improvements while collaborating across departments to meet organizational goals.
Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement supply chain strategies to ensure operational efficiency and scalability.
  • Oversee procurement, inventory control, logistics, and distribution processes.
  • Maintain strong relationships with suppliers, negotiate contracts, and ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
  • Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) for supply chain and operations, ensuring targets are met.
  • Identify and mitigate risks in the supply chain to ensure continuity and compliance.
  • Lead cross-functional teams to streamline operations and reduce costs.
  • Ensure adherence to regulatory and quality standards in supply chain activities.
  • Utilize data analytics to provide insights and recommend actionable improvements.

Requirements:
  • Proven ability to manage end-to-end supply chain operations.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Proficiency in supply chain management software and data analysis tools.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Deep understanding of logistics, procurement, and inventory management best practices.
  • Familiarity with regulatory requirements and quality standards related to supply operations.

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, Operations, or a related field.
  • Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) or a related field is preferred.
  • Certifications such as CSCP (Certified Supply Chain Professional) or CPM (Certified Purchasing Manager) are a plus.
  • 5-7 years of experience in supply chain and operations management.
