Role Overview:

We are looking for a high-performing Area Sales Manager (ASM) to drive B2B sales and build strategic partnerships with spas, salons, and beauty professionals in Mumbai and Rajasthan. The ASM will be responsible for expanding market reach, building lasting relationships, and ensuring revenue growth through professional channel sales.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify, onboard, and manage salon, spa, and wellness center partners
  • Drive revenue through channel sales in the assigned territory
  • Achieve monthly and quarterly sales targets and growth KPIs
  • Work with distributors and stockists to manage product availability and visibility
  • Conduct product training, demos, and workshops for salon/spa professionals
  • Gather market intelligence and competitor insights to inform strategy
  • Ensure smooth after-sales service and relationship management
  • Collaborate with the marketing team for regional activations and promotions

Candidate Requirements:

  • Minimum 4 years of proven experience in B2B sales, preferably in the beauty/wellness/skincare industry
  • Prior experience in dealing with salons, spas, or professional beauty channels is mandatory
  • Strong existing network in the Mumbai or Rajasthan region is a plus
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills
  • Self-driven, target-oriented, and comfortable with fieldwork
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field preferred
