Job Summary
We are seeking a highly motivated and result driven sales individual to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving sales growth, build sales strategies, Conduct market research and study competition , learn about the product, promote and sell the products.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets through direct sales, B2C sales, B2C sales, Telesales .
- Responsible for selling products to customers, providing product knowledge, convincing customers and solving their queries and meeting customer needs.
- No cold calling is required, leads are provided by the company.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 3-8 years of experience in B2B/B2C sales or related field.
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets through effective planning, execution, and relationship-building skills.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, problem-solving skills; ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
