Roles and Responsibilities

Job Summary:

We are looking for motivated and results-driven professionals to join our Sales team for our real estate projects in Mumbai. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building lasting client relationships, conducting impactful site visits, and collaborating with internal teams to deliver an exceptional customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Business Development:

  • Source new business opportunities through referrals, networking, and market research.

  • Prospect and qualify potential clients, ensuring a steady pipeline of leads.

  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients.

  • Understand client needs and offer tailored project solutions to meet those needs.

  • Site Visits & Client Engagement:

  • Organize and conduct site visits, showcasing project features and benefits.

  • Provide clients with relevant information, addressing queries, and assisting in decision-making.

  • Internal Collaboration:

  • Coordinate with marketing and operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.

  • Share market insights and client feedback to improve sales strategies and campaigns.

  • Performance Tracking:

  • Analyze sales data to track performance metrics and identify areas for improvement.

  • Support in optimizing sales strategies based on data-driven insights.

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Education: Graduate in any discipline; MBA in Sales/Marketing preferred.

  • Experience:

  • Associate:13 years in real estate sales or related customer-facing roles.

  • Sr. Associate: 3–6 years in real estate sales with a proven track record of conversions.

  • Skills:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, target-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; CRM software knowledge is a plus.
