We are seeking a highly motivated and dynamic Sales Associate with 0-2 years of experience in the wealth management industry to join our team. As a Sales Associate, you will play a critical role in driving revenue growth by prospecting, developing, and maintaining relationships with distribution partners and high-net-worth clients. This is a fantastic opportunity to join a reputable and growing asset management firm focusing on international investments.

This is a pure Sales and Marketing role with sales targets so individuals interested in Equity Research or Wealth Management Research, please Do Not Apply.

ResponsibilitiesProspect and identify potential distribution partners in the market for international investments through various channels, including networking and referrals. Develop and maintain relationships with distribution partners, understanding their clientele, and investment objectives. Contact and generate distribution partner leads.

Collaborate with senior team members to generate leads and support marketing initiatives. Stay up-to-date with market trends, investment products, and industry regulations to provide accurate information to clients. Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics.

Qualifications0-2 years of experience in sales within the wealth management industry. Proven track record of success in sales, with a strong ability to prospect, pitch, and close clients. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and rapport with clients.

Strong knowledge of investment products, financial markets, and industry regulations. Ability to work independently, self-motivated, and target-driven. Bachelor's degree in marketing, finance, business, or a related field is preferred.
