Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Associate located in Mumbai. The Sales Associate will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, assisting them in selecting the right jewellery pieces, and ensuring a positive shopping experience. Daily tasks include managing the store, maintaining inventory, handling sales transactions, and providing exceptional customer service. The role also involves staying updated with product knowledge and market trends to effectively assist customers.

Qualifications

  • Customer Service and Sales skills
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Knowledge of jewellery and precious stones
  • Ability to manage inventory and handle sales transactions
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Previous experience in retail or jewellery sales is preferred
  • High school diploma or equivalent; further education in a related field is a plus
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays
