About the Role
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Associate / Senior Associate to join our Global Markets Operations – Product Control team. This role offers the opportunity to work on trade & position reconciliations, support change initiatives, and partner with cross-functional teams to drive process improvements, operational efficiency, and risk management.
Key Responsibilities
Perform daily trade & position reconciliations, analyze breaks, and escalate as required.
Prepare & publish control reports to stakeholders.
Conduct break analysis, ensuring timely communication and resolution with FO, BO, and other teams.
Participate in change initiatives, business process reviews, and governance calls.
Identify risks, ensure compliance, and proactively remediate potential audit findings.
Contribute to reconciliation tool improvements and process automation initiatives.
Ensure accurate position controls and guarantee positions are aligned in booking systems.
What We're Looking For
Minimum 4 years of experience in Global Markets Operations / Product Control.
Strong understanding of trade lifecycle, derivatives, and reconciliations.
Hands-on experience with Intellimatch and basic Excel skills (advanced Excel preferred).
Exposure to automation tools (Alteryx, VBA, Python, UI Path) is a strong plus.
Analytical mindset with strong attention to detail.
Ability to collaborate, influence stakeholders, and drive change in a fast-paced environment.
