Position Overview:

This is a dynamic, hybrid
Operations and Technology role

at SEED Global Education, blending
hands-on platform management

and
technical expertise

with essential
operational logistics and communication

. The successful candidate will be the key operational driver, ensuring the
flawless execution of all virtual and in-person events

and optimizing the efficiency of core business platforms.

Responsibilities:

1. Platform & Technical Ownership:

2. Serve as the
   expert and owner

for event and CRM platforms (FormsCraft, Accelevents, HubSpot), handling everything from initial
setup and testing to live execution

.
- Manage, maintain, and potentially integrate data

across various systems, leveraging a solid understanding of
Relational and Non-Relational Databases

.
- Utilize knowledge of

for potential custom scripting, API integrations, or advanced troubleshooting, enhancing platform functionality.

2.Operational Excellence & Troubleshooting:

• Manage all technical and logistical aspects of events, ensuring a
  smooth, seamless experience

for all participants.
- Act as the primary
trouble shooter

for technical issues, applying a problem-solver mindset to optimize workflows and identify operational bottlenecks for tech-driven solutions.

3.Communication & Data Insights:

• Draft and coordinate
  clear, confident communications

for candidates, partners, and internal teams.
- Maintain the
integrity of CRM data

and generate actionable reports on registrations, attendance, and engagement metrics to drive insights for the organization.

The responsibilities are inclusive but not limited to parameters as stated. Additional responsibilities can be assigned or current duties can be altered to match the business requirements.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's in Engineering, Computer Science, IT, or related field.
• Experience or familiarity with back-end technologies such as
• Working knowledge of database systems, including both Relational and Non-Relational Databases (e.g., SQL, MongoDB, etc.).
• Strong written and verbal communication skills—you can explain complex tech in simple words.
• Comfortable working with CRMs and event platforms (FormsCraft, Accelevents, HubSpot).
• Proactive, detail-oriented, and excellent at multitasking.
• Problem-solver mindset with a knack for troubleshooting and optimizing processes.
