Guest Relation Executive

- Conduct daily rounds to assigned departments and handover patient details to the respective department secretaries for coordinated care.
- Visit in-patient wards and outpatient departments (OPD) to assist patients and ensure their needs are addressed promptly and professionally.
- Coordinate closely with consultants and medical staff to facilitate patient services including admissions, payments, insurance approvals, consent forms, and procedure scheduling.
- Liaise with various hospital departments such as nursing, laboratory, pharmacy, dietary, linen, housekeeping, electrical & maintenance to ensure seamless patient service delivery.
- Provide assistance to patients and their attendants throughout their hospital journey, addressing inquiries, resolving concerns, and ensuring a high level of patient satisfaction.
- Support the discharge process by coordinating with departments to ensure timely discharge summaries, bill clearance, and patient education at the time of discharge.
- Work in collaboration with the CEO's office and billing department to resolve any billing-related issues from admission to discharge.
- Ensure regular communication and daily meetings with consultants from assigned departments to gather feedback and resolve service-related issues.
- Collect and record patient feedback, addressing concerns and escalating where necessary to enhance service quality.
- Proactively suggest and implement departmental improvements based on feedback and personal observations to enhance the patient experience.
- Maintain a patient-centric approach by ensuring that all services and interactions are aligned with hospital standards and patient care protocols.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
