Job Description (Short Version)

  • 3–6 years' experience in Network Security with minimum 3 years in PROXY solutions management.
  • Expertise in commissioning, implementation, configuration, and policy management of Proxy setups.
  • Strong knowledge of Windows, Linux, Unix environments and integration with AD, IAM, SIEM, SOAR.
  • Skilled in packet capture/analysis, troubleshooting (OSI layers 1–7), automation (scripting, APIs/SDKs).
  • Manage incidents, problems, changes, and compliance related to Proxy infrastructure.
  • Perform network monitoring, RCA, patching, upgrades, and ensure SLA compliance.
  • Create and maintain technical documentation, SOPs, runbooks.
  • Collaborate with IT/helpdesk/OEMs for support and escalations.
  • Experience in DC/DR/Cloud/Branch proxy design and daily operations in 24/7 environment.
  • Ability to mentor L1/L2 teams and provide leadership.
  • Excellent communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
