L1 Engineer

Minimum 2 Years Experience.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Monitor, analyse, and triage security incidents using Netskope console.
  • Perform user exclusion activities, maintain exclusion lists, and ensure compliance with organizational security policies.
  • Investigate alerts, conduct first-level analysis, and escalate incidents for timely remediation and closure.
  • Generate and present accurate incident and compliance reports to stakeholders, management, and auditors.
  • Collaborate with incident response teams to enhance detection, response workflows, and reporting dashboards.
  • Strong knowledge of incident monitoring, CASB/DLP concepts, user management, and excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills.

L2 Engineer

Minimum 4-5 Years Experience.

Key Responsibilities & Skills

  • Hands-on experience in creating, implementing, testing, and fine-tuning Netskope DLP/CASB rules and configurations
  • Strong understanding of data classification frameworks and Data flow analysis; capable of optimizing large document sets into meaningful and effective classifications/policies.
  • Ability to remediate findings identified by review teams/Auditors.
  • Skilled in monitoring, investigating, and responding to DLP incidents within defined SLAs
  • Proficient in monitoring DLP appliance health, agent policy compliance, and coordinating with SOC for infrastructure alerts
  • Strong communication skills to interact with end-users for requirements such as rule exclusions.
  • Experience raising and managing OEM (Netskope) support cases, maintaining a structured knowledge base (KB), and documenting best practices to improve operational efficiency.
  • Exposure to financial sector/regulatory environments and knowledge of compliance standards (GDPR, PCI DSS, RBI, ISO
