Role Description

We are seeking a Performance Marketing Manager to join our team in our Greater Bengaluru, India office. This is a full-time, on-site role. In this position, you will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing performance marketing campaigns across various digital platforms. Your day-to-day tasks will include creating data-driven strategies, analyzing campaign metrics, and ensuring optimum ROI for clients. Collaboration with cross-functional teams to align marketing initiatives with business goals is a key aspect of this role.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in performance marketing, paid media, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, Google Analytics).
  • Strong skills in strategy development, campaign management, and budget optimization.
  • Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and digital marketing trends.
  • Data interpretation, reporting, and experience in analyzing ROI, KPIs, and campaign performance.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills for interfacing with clients and cross-functional teams.
  • Ability to stay updated on the latest digital marketing trends and tools.
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field is preferred.
  • Previous professional experience in digital marketing roles is a strong advantage.
