Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Manager (Fire Fighting Projects Sales) located in Mumbai. The Sales Manager will be responsible for developing and executing sales strategies, building and maintaining client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, managing the sales process from lead generation to contract negotiation, and achieving sales targets. Additionally, the Sales Manager will collaborate with the project team to ensure client satisfaction and project success.

Qualifications

  • Experience in sales, business development, and client relationship management
  • Knowledge of fire protection and detection systems, including foam, hydrant, sprinkler, spray systems, and gas suppression systems
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
  • Experience in the construction, pharmaceuticals, manufacturing, oil and gas, or power sectors is a plus
  • Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Willingness to travel as needed to meet clients and project demands
