Key responsibilities

  • Staff management: 
    Supervise, train, and schedule shift staff to ensure all roles and responsibilities are being met. 


  • Operations oversight: 
    Monitor and ensure the smooth and efficient running of operations during the assigned shift, including production, logistics, or a specific work area. 


  • Quality and safety: 
    Uphold company policies and quality standards, and enforce safety protocols to maintain a safe working environment. 


  • Problem-solving: 
    Address and resolve any operational, technical, or personnel-related issues that arise during the shift. 


  • Inventory and resource management: 
    Oversee inventory levels and ensure the efficient use of space and resources. 


  • Reporting and communication: 
    Prepare and submit shift reports to management and coordinate with other departments (e.g., maintenance, quality control). 


  • Performance monitoring: 
    Ensure performance metrics are met and implement continuous improvement initiatives.
