Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Telesales Officer (EMI Collection) located in Ahmedabad. The Telesales Officer will be responsible for contacting customers to discuss their EMI dues, negotiating repayment plans, ensuring timely collection of payments, and maintaining accurate records of transactions. The role also involves analyzing customer accounts, providing excellent customer service, and addressing any queries or concerns related to EMI collections.
Qualifications
- Debt Collection and Finance skills
- Strong Analytical Skills and Communication skills
- Customer Service skills
- Excellent interpersonal and persuasion skills
- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field
- Previous experience in telesales, debt collection or related roles is an advantage
