Back Office Executive

Role & responsibilities
- Generate and follow up on sales leads via calls and emails
- Coordinate with sales teams for order processing and client communication
- Prepare quotations, sales documents, and maintain CRM data
- Support with scheduling meetings, travel bookings & documentation
- Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations
Preferred candidate profile
- Knowledge of SAP Software.
- Proven experience in tele calling, telesales.
- Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
- Good listening and interpersonal skills.
- Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
- Pleasant voice, confident personality, and positive attitude.
- Prior experience in sales coordination or support roles is an advantage
