Role & responsibilities

  • Generate and follow up on sales leads via calls and emails
  • Coordinate with sales teams for order processing and client communication
  • Prepare quotations, sales documents, and maintain CRM data
  • Support with scheduling meetings, travel bookings & documentation
  • Collaborate with internal teams for smooth operations

Preferred candidate profile

  • Knowledge of SAP Software.
  • Proven experience in tele calling, telesales.
  • Excellent verbal communication skills in English (mandatory).
  • Good listening and interpersonal skills.
  • Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, Email, CRM tools)
  • Pleasant voice, confident personality, and positive attitude.
  • Prior experience in sales coordination or support roles is an advantage
