Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform various back office tasks and support administrative functions.
  • Maintain accurate records of financial transactions.
  • Assist with day-to-day accounting tasks, including invoicing, payroll, and expense management.
  • Manage and update data in ERP / Microsoft Excel, ensuring accuracy and consistency.
  • Support back-office operations, handling data entry, documentation, and record keeping.
  • Ensure timely completion of assigned tasks and projects.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in accounting, Finance, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in accounting or back-office roles is preferred.
  • Strong proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word) and familiarity.
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills.
  • Attention to detail and ability to manage time efficiently.
