Job Summary:

  • We are looking for enthusiastic and self-motivated TeleSales Associate (Freshers welcome) to join our sales & marketing team.
  • The primary role is to make outbound calls to potential customers, introduce our products/services, generate leads, and set up meetings for the sales team.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to potential customers from provided leads or data.
  • Pitch the companys products/services confidently and persuasively.
  • Generate leads and maintain a proper database of calls and follow-ups.
  • Schedule appointments and transfer hot leads to the sales team.
  • Handle queries professionally and provide information as needed.
  • Maintain call logs and records in the CRM tool.
  • Meet daily and monthly targets for calls and lead generation.

Requirements:

  • 12th pass / Graduate in any stream.
  • Good communication skills in Hindi and English (any additional regional language is a plus).
  • Confident, polite, and persuasive speaking tone.
  • Willingness to learn and work in a target-driven environment.
  • Basic knowledge of MS Office and CRM tools (training will be provided).
  • Fresher with a passion for sales/telecalling is encouraged to apply.
