Job description
We are hiring for Helpdesk Executive at KPlus Infotech Pvt Limited
Key Responsibilities:
- Handle incoming customer calls professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate and assign calls to the appropriate IT Hardware Engineer.
- Accurately document customer interactions and solutions provided.
- Collaborate with colleagues to resolve issues and escalate complex problems when necessary.
Qualifications:
- Experience in customer or technical support.
- Strong communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team.
Shift Timings: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
Working Days: Monday - Saturday
