Position Overview:
We are seeking a professional, well-organised, and customer-oriented Female Travel Desk Executive to manage and coordinate all travel-related activities of the organisation. The role involves handling domestic and international bookings, managing travel vendors, assisting employees with travel requirements, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Handle all travel desk activities, including flight, train, hotel, cab, and visa bookings.
Coordinate with travel agents, airlines, and hotels to get the best deals while ensuring comfort and convenience.
Manage travel itineraries for employees, senior management, and guests.
Provide guidance and support for passport, visa processing, and foreign exchange requirements.
Maintain updated records of travel bookings, expenses, and reimbursements.
Assist employees with last-minute travel changes, cancellations, or rescheduling.
Ensure compliance with company travel policies and budget guidelines.
Prepare periodic travel expense reports and submit to management.
Build strong relationships with travel partners and negotiate corporate tie-ups.
Ensure guest travel and hospitality arrangements are handled efficiently.
Requirements & Skills:
Female candidate preferred.
Bachelors degree in Hospitality, Travel, Business Administration, or related field.
Prior experience in a travel desk or travel coordination role (1–3 years preferred).
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) and travel booking tools.
Knowledge of passport, visa, and foreign travel documentation processes.
Ability to handle urgent requests and work under pressure.
