About the Role

SSR Travel Solutions is hiring a detail-oriented and proactive B2B Travel Operations Executive to support our growing operations team. The role includes preparing quotations, handling reservations, coordinating with suppliers, and ensuring smooth end-to-end travel operations, with a strong focus on Bali (Indonesia) and Maldives travel products.

Ideal Candidate Background

  • Prior experience in travel operations, preferably in a B2B environment
  • Strong understanding of itinerary planning, vendor coordination and basic costings
  • Ability to work efficiently under tight deadlines
  • Passion for travel, customer service and building long-term professional relationships
  • Familiarity with travel management systems or in-house reservation tools is an advantage

Key Skills Required

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Strong organizational and multitasking abilities
  • High attention to detail and proactive follow-up approach
  • Understanding of B2B travel processes and operational workflows
  • Ability to coordinate effectively with internal teams and external suppliers
  • Comfort in handling calls, emails, documentation and daily operations tasks

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare accurate and competitive B2B quotations, itineraries and costings
  • Manage hotel, transport and activity bookings through the company's in-house system
  • Coordinate with agents, suppliers and service partners to ensure smooth operations
  • Handle calls, emails and regular follow-ups for agent support
  • Manage payments, documentation and timely voucher issuance
  • Drive booking conversions through prompt and efficient responses
  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with B2B agents
