Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Travel Executive at Awaiting Adventures Tours And Travels, located in Mumbai. The Travel Executive will be responsible for handling travel arrangements, providing expert travel consulting, managing customer bookings, and ensuring a seamless customer experience. Day-to-day tasks include assisting clients with travel plans, coordinating reservations, resolving customer inquiries, and supporting the management of travel operations.

Qualifications

  • Proficiency in Travel Arrangements and Travel Management
  • Travel itinerary making
  • Communicating with vendor
  • Handling Travel CRM
  • Strong expertise in Travel Consulting and understanding of travel industry trends
  • Excellent Communication and Customer Service skills
  • Ability to work collaboratively and manage multiple tasks effectively
  • Previous experience in a travel consultancy or related industry is a plus
  • Familiarity with travel booking platforms is advantageous
  • Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, or a related field is preferred
