- Travel Operations
- Manage end-to-end travel arrangements for employees (domestic & international) – air, hotel, visa, and ground transport.
- Coordinate with travel partners and vendors to ensure cost-effective and policy-compliant bookings.
- Handle travel approvals, ensure bookings align with company travel policy, and manage exceptions or escalations.
- Maintain accurate records of all travel requests, bookings, and cancellations.
- Ensure timely communication and assistance to employees regarding itinerary, rescheduling, and related queries.
- Vendor Management & Payments
- Liaise with travel, hotel, and transport vendors for invoice submissions, verifications, and payment processing.
- Reconcile vendor invoices against approved bookings and resolve any discrepancies in coordination with Finance.
- Track credit limits, rate agreements, and contracts.
- MIS & Reporting
- Prepare and maintain monthly MIS reports on travel expenses, utilization, vendor performance, and budget tracking.
- Provide analytical insights and cost-saving opportunities based on travel patterns and spend analysis.
- Support audit and compliance requirements by maintaining updated documentation and approvals.
- Present periodic dashboards and summaries to management on travel and payment trends.
- 3-5 years of experience in Travel Operations.
- Excellent Communication skills
