Travel Desk Executive

Job Summary:
The Travel Desk Executive is responsible for managing all domestic and international travel arrangements for employees and guests, ensuring cost-effectiveness, compliance with company travel policies, and a seamless travel experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and manage air, rail, and road travel bookings for employees and clients.
- Handle hotel accommodations, visa processing, and travel insurance as needed.
- Maintain vendor relationships with airlines, hotels, and travel agencies.
- Ensure all travel requests are within approved budgets and comply with company policies.
- Track and reconcile travel expenses and prepare periodic travel reports.
- Manage emergency travel changes or cancellations efficiently.
- Support event-related travel logistics for conferences, meetings, and trainings.
- Maintain travel-related databases and ensure accurate records.
Qualifications and Skills:
- Bachelors degree in any discipline; specialization in Travel & Tourism or Administration preferred.
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in travel coordination or a similar role.
- Strong knowledge of travel booking systems (e.g., Amadeus, Galileo, or online portals).
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Attention to detail and ability to multitask under pressure.
- Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
