- Manage travel bookings, cancellations, and amendments for clients.
- Coordinate with airlines, hotels, and other travel partners to resolve issues.
- Handle visa processing and documentation for international travelers.
- Provide exceptional customer service to ensure client satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of all transactions and communications.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1-3 years of experience in a similar role (travel desk or ticket booking).
- Proficiency in handling multiple tasks simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Strong knowledge of GDS systems (Amadeus/Galileo) and ability to learn new software quickly.
- Excellent communication skills with fluency in English language.
