Business Development Executive

About the Role:
We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Business Development Executive to help drive our company's growth. The ideal candidate will identify new business opportunities, build and nurture client relationships, and contribute to the company's long-term success by achieving revenue and market expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
- Identify potential clients and business opportunities through research, networking, and cold outreach.
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients.
- Understand client needs and propose appropriate products, services, or solutions.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and contracts to prospective clients.
- Collaborate with the marketing and product teams to align business development strategies with company goals.
- Track market trends, competitor activities, and customer insights to inform strategic decisions.
- Achieve and exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
- Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and trade shows.
- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client communications in CRM systems.
Qualifications & Skills:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- 1–3 years of experience in business development, sales, or a similar role (fresh graduates with strong communication skills may also apply).
- Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven ability to build and maintain client relationships.
- Self-motivated, target-driven, and able to work independently.
- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce).
- Excellent time management and organizational abilities.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: ₹18, ₹25,000.00 per month
