Client Success

To ensure smooth, accurate, and timely execution of B2B orders from confirmation to dispatch by coordinating with internal teams, keeping clients updated, and proactively resolving challenges to maintain high-quality standards and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Order Execution & Tracking
Monitor order timelines from confirmation to dispatch.
Maintain trackers and daily status updates for visibility.
Internal Coordination
Work closely with Production, QC, Purchase, and Inventory teams to ensure timely execution.
Identify and escalate bottlenecks early, and work with relevant teams to resolve them.
Client Updates & Communication
Share timely updates on order status with clients (directly or via sales team).
Record and track client feedback, requests, or observations for smooth execution.
Challenge Resolution
Take ownership of execution-related challenges and ensure they are sorted within agreed timelines.
Escalate only unresolved or critical issues to the Head – Fulfilment & Excellence.
