Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Facilitate onboarding processes to integrate new hires effectively, including orientation and training.

  • Act as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR-related issues, concerns, or queries.

  • Address employee grievances, mediate conflicts, and resolve workplace issues to foster a positive environment.

  • Assist in implementing performance appraisal systems and employee development plans.

  • Identify training needs and organize development programs for employees.

  • Design, implement, and ensure consistent application of HR policies and procedures across the organization.

  • Organize employee engagement activities, including team-building events, recognition programs, and well-being initiatives.

Skills and Qualifications Required:

  • Graduate/Postgraduate in Human Resources or a related field.

  • 7-10 years of experience in HR operations and processes.

  • Proficiency in HR software tools and database management.

  • Strong data analytics skills using tools like Excel or Power BI to analyze HR metrics.

  • Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Proven problem-solving and conflict resolution abilities.

  • Highly organized with the ability to multitask effectively.

  • Self-driven and capable of working independently with minimal supervision
